HOW TO MEASURE YOUR RING SIZE
STEP 1: PLACE THE MEASURING TAPE. Place the measuring tape over your finger and pull it around into a circle. or Cut a thin strip of paper. Wrap the paper around your finger.
STEP 2: ADJUST THE SIZE. Adjust the size of the circle, move it across your knuckles, and make sure it fits comfortably. Make sure the paper is below the joint of your finger and close to your knuckle.
STEP 3: Mark the spot where the paper meets and measure the distance with your ruler.
STEP 4: Use the following chart to determine your ring size.

Your product is guaranteed only against Plating defects for a period of one year from Date of purchase.
This guarantee is not unconditional and is subject to the following Conditions.

Your Invoice must accompany the product when presenting it for a repair or plating defect.

This guarantee does not cover breakage on any jewellery product due to misuse or negligence and does not apply to scratches or stone’s falling off.

Stones on all Products: Stones on all products are not guaranteed, This can be repaired at a handling charge of $30 per jewellery item, irrespective of the number of stones that need to be replaced.

Plating on Rings: Where plating has been removed due to negligence & scratches, especially on outer bottom of ring, this will not be guaranteed, therefore care should be taken to prevent rings from being scratched unnecessarily as this will remove plating.

Chains/Bracelets Clips/Buckles – The guarantee does not cover the breakage of chains, clips/ buckles, however this can be replaced at a handling charge depending size & thickness of the item.

Earrings, Nose rings, Toe rings, Belly rings: These items are cannot be returned or refund due to hygienic purposes. The Guarantee against defect will be covered on the plating.
Caring for your product
- Whilst great care is taken with plating, Acids founds in toiletries & Chemicals (example: Perfumes) can have a detrimental effect on the plating. This guarantee does not cover products exposed to harsh Chemicals.
- The best and easiest method of keeping your product clean and shiny, is to rinse with soap and water regularly.
Do not expose your product to any Jewellery Cleaning solutions as the high acid content will damage the plating and thus will not be covered by this guarantee.
